Happy Friday everyone! What are you reading? I’m being swept along with Scarlett in Gone With the Wind for the read along at Fanda ClassicLit. I know I’ll be done with it long before the November 7th ending date because I can’t put it down! I’ve read it before and it’s just as glorious as I remember.

The Relentless Reader 
Man I remember those golden spined jems. I still had mine from my childhood until recently donated them. The BookTracks is an interesting concept but would it really make the reading experience more enjoyable or only be another distraction from truly focusing on the written text?

I still have my Little Golden Books 🙂 My kids read them and I'm hoping that one day they'll share them with their own kids. I wonder the same thing about Booktracks. I guess I just don't get it, I like to dive into a story and I think music would just be a distraction.

Awww…I loved Little Golden Books when I was little! And I read them to my kids, too!
