May was good to me. I slowed down a lot, compared to April. I’m not complaining one bit. I read some amazing books this month.
Holy cow, I read 7 nonfiction books. That’s awesome. How in the world will I pick a favorite for my upcoming Hall of Fame post? Ack!

Wow! Do you speed read? A good month for me is 10 or so! I can't imagine reading more than that! I'll have to check some of those out. Love me some nonfiction. I'm kind of a book whore, though, and will try out about anything 😉

Amazing! I can't keep pace with that and write my own book too, so I won't try. However, two really good reads for me in May were The Rebellion of Miss Lucy Ann Lobdell and a lighter, comedic romance, The Family Trap.

How was the Ruth Ozeki book? I recently got it for the bargain price of 80p in a charity shop, hoping it's going to be good.And I love that you consider 16 books to be 'slowing down'….

Well with school over this week and my kids having a pool this summer, I can read the summer away and turn out reads at least half as good as you! Lol. My favorite read for May was Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald.

Holy cow is right, that's some stack of books you read! I think I maybe read…four? But one of them was Proust's Volume 1 of Remembrance of Things Past so I'm not too ashamed. 😉
