It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is hosted by Sheila @ Book Journey.
It was a good week and a very busy weekend! Bloggiesta time, wowza. I got a lot done but my eyeballs feel like they are going to fall out from too much screen time! My family celebrated a birthday as well. My baby girl turned 13. Gulp.
Now, the books!

I've been finding that even though I plan which books to read next, I don't end up reading those books. Sometimes it's just hard to think about. Have a great week!

I'm the same! Especially this year when I've decided to let my moods and whims dictate my reading 🙂 It's a good thing though, I like it.

I hadn't heard of The Confidant but I love historical fiction and it sounds like an easy book to get wrapped up in. I will have to keep an eye out for this one. I definitely need to participate in the next Bloggiesta. There is still so much I need to learn! Thanks for sharing your experience. Have a great week!Rebecca @ The Key to the Gate

I've heard a lot of good things about Fever recently, and it seems like you really enjoyed it as well. I've read a lot of fictionalized stories about historical figures lately, but this one seems worth checking out!

If you do read it you'll have to let me know what you think of it. Bloggiesta is the BEST. I always learn so much!

Fever was GREAT. I'm a sucker for a good fictionalized account of real figures! 🙂

ALL THE WORDS… Yes! Me too. I find it really difficult to predict what I'm going to read in advance. Unless I have a review book scheduled in a few days, then it's a no-brainer.

My head hurts too from my March Madness Month – I just called it that, it's not official or anything, but dang, it's been crazy. Frankenstein!! How goes it??

I know what you mean about too many words. I hope you're able to rest your eyes this week.

I really look forward to hearing your thoughts on Frankenstein. It is such a classic well known story. Yet despite that and its age I found the novel particularly dark and disturbing.

Yes! I participated in the Bloggiesta. I'm kinda a newbie, so I learned a lot. I started blogging about a year and a half ago. Up until now I've concentrated on becoming a better writer (still working on that!), but now I would like to learn more about the design of my blog. I learned how to make a Blog Button and write the code for it! Very happy! I'm still working on my bloggiesta list. 🙂
