It’s Monday! 07/30/12

Hosted by Book Journey
I had a fabulous week of reading! I was a little off last week because of a long weekend of girly fun at the cabin but I now I’m back on track, woot woot!

What’s next? I don’t know!! I have a number of books on request at the local library and I’m just waiting to see what comes in this week.Β
These are the two that show up as “in transit” so I’m guessing these will be my next reads:

Have a fantastic week of reading everyone!

  1. \”Visiting Sunny Chernobyl\” looks really good. As I understand it the author visits sites of ecological disasters all over the world. This sounds like such an original concept but perhaps a disturbing book. Please keep us posted on what you think when you have finished it.

  2. Great books! How nice you were able to read Hillary Mantel's books one after the other. I haven't tried them – I'm a bit worried about the size…Have a great week!

  3. I was glad to be able to read them like that (with just a little book in between) it helped me to dive right into the second book without having to familiarize myself with the characters again. Maybe think of Wolf Hall as being 2 books in one, perhaps the size won't be so intimidating, lol πŸ˜‰

  4. I want to begin Wolf Hall so badly, but there are so many other books to read beforehand! I have serious first world problems. Looks like you've got a great week ahead of you!

  5. You got through some chunksters. I've heard wonderful things about Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children, hope you enjoy it.Have a great week and happy reading πŸ™‚

  6. PS thanks for your comments about my blog design. I had ideas for my blog header but it was designed for me. Let me know if you want contact details πŸ™‚

  7. I can't wait until it gets here, my library will send me an email when it does so I'm checking my mail a bit obsessively, lol. And yes, I'd love some contact info for your designer. I've been looking around for one, thanks!

  8. I've been curious about Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. I have a copy of it sitting on my bookshelf. Maybe I'll get to it by the end of the month. Thanks for visiting my blog!
