  1. Clicked through to your library reads this week and I'm not familiar with any of them. Hope you enjoy though. I loved To Kill A Mockingbird,Have a wonderful week and happy reading 🙂

  2. Ok, talk about serendipitous! I *just* signed up for the Modern Poetry course from Coursera last night! Doo dooo doo doo! (Twilight Zone music) 😉 Thanks so much for remembering me though. I plan on blogging about this later today at some point!

  3. I'm embarrassed to admit that I haven't read To Kill a Mockingbird yet. It's on my tbr list and I hope to get to it yet this year!

  4. I'll be checking out your 20 proven benefits of being an avid reader post! The Chaperone is on my TBR list- Need to get around to reading it! Good luck with your readalong !Have a lovely week 🙂

  5. GWTW is among my top five favorite books of all time, and that says a lot. Is it a re-read or a first read for you? I love seeing the reactions of people reading it for the first time. Either way, enjoy!

  6. I love Gone with the Wind…one of my favorites. I was out of town at a conference and I snuggled up with GWTW every night… It was pure heaven!!

  7. I finally got around to reading Gone With the Wind earlier this year and I could have kicked myself for waiting so long! Enjoy! When you finish, you should link your review to my Southern Lit challenge page.

  8. I've never read Gone With the Wind but reading it for the first time during a readalong sounds like a lot of fun! I hope you enjoy it! :)Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  9. Congratulations on being chosen! :)I haven't read To Kill a Mockingbird since highschool. I might have to re-read it. I don't remember a whole lot from it. Plus, I was in the rebellious stage and didn't like it purely for the fact we were forced to read it. Haha..

  10. To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my all time favorites!! I am such a nerd, one Easter I just wrote the names of the characters on my Easter Eggs with white crayon and then dyed them colors, so the only decoration on my eggs was Jem, Boo, Scout, Atticus, etc. Lol.

  11. I am so glad you have inspired all these people to read To Kill a Mockingbird. It's one of my favorites! Great setting, characters, and plot. It's got it all (and you can't say that about all of the classics, although I do enjoy revisiting them. Good for you to explore some…)

  12. I have The Chaperone on my TBR list! I really need to get a kick in the ass and get to it. My English teacher in high school spent a whole semester on TKAM. She kinda killed it for me. :-s
