RIP VII….Boo!

You should click the link to see the entire post about this event but here are some of the details:

The purpose of R.eaders I.mbibing P.eril VII is to enjoy books and movies/television that could be classified (by you) as:
Mystery.
Suspense.
Thriller.
Dark Fantasy.
Gothic.
Horror.
Supernatural.
Or anything sufficiently moody that shares a kinship with the above.
There are two simple goals for R.eaders I.mbibing P.eril VII
1. Have fun reading.
2. Share that fun with others.
Sounds pretty fun and laid back to me!  There are a few different levels so you don’t have to commit yourself to anything too time consuming. You can even sign up to watch a scary movie if that’s your thing. (I’m thinking about watching The Exorcist. The first time I watched that was when I was in high school and I ended up sleeping on the floor of my mother’s room that night.)
Talk about scary!

This Week?
I just finished reading Super Sad True Love Story by Gary Shteyngart and I’ll be reviewing it this week. I have In The Garden of Beasts by Erik Larson up next. There are a few books waiting for me at the library as well but they will have to wait because I’ve joined the Gone With the Wind read along and I have to get cracking on that!
As always, happy reading!!
