Christine from Rainy Day Reads featured me on her Book Blogger Spotlight. Thanks Christine, you’re a peach!

I hope all of my American readers had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I was able to spend the day with all three of my kids at my sister’s house. We had fab food and tons of laughs. Late that night we braved the crowds and the yucky windy/snowy weather to hit some sales. You know, I really don’t want to be one of those Black Friday maniacs…especially now that it’s creeped its way onto the actual holiday. But there were some sales that I couldn’t resist, and it was a blast hanging out with my mom, sister and youngest daughter.

Have a kick ass week ya’ll!

  1. Sounds like your Thanksgiving was wonderful! My husband always goes black Friday shopping with our new sister-in-law, while I have breakfast with my brother. Lol. I like that my husband has that bonding time with Chrissy. :)Brain on Fire sounds really good!! I will have to mention it to my mother too, it sounds exactly like something she would want to read. 🙂

  2. Days 28, 29 and 30 are so interesting. =) I have several authors that I try to read everything for, but they have such extensive backlists it's IMPOSSIBLE. Really.I do Black Friday sheerly to watch those maniacs (and spend time with my sis and brother-in-law). Though I did ram someone with a cart Thursday night. (Sorry dude, I didn't mean to. I just turned around and there was your leg.) Anyway, if I catch some sales while I'm at it, all the better.

  3. Well done for finishing the 30 day challenge! Have fun this week with your books, they look like very different from each other. I always enjoy reading books that are not at all similar after another (otherwise I'd probably mix them up!).

  4. The Lincoln conspiracy looks really interesting. Would like to know more about him before the film comes out here in the UK so might read a few Lincoln themed books.

  5. Hi there Jennifer, Trajectory of Dreams looks really interesting. I'm glad to visit your post as it leads me to books that I would not otherwise have known. Book covers all look great. 🙂 Have a great reading week!
